Rest assured, at no extra cost, we will disassemble your current system is complimentary if you purchase our laundry system. We will help to dismantle during our installation of our laundry system. However, it is subjected to the complexity of the dismantle work. If the dismantle requires substantiate work, we may charge a minimal additional fee of $20-$50.

Our laundry system requires no maintenance as they are constructed using durable materials ensuring a lifespan of a minimum of ten years, free from rust or any complications. To keep your system clean, a gentle wipe with a cloth will be good enough.

There is no GST as we are not GST registered.

All our products include free local delivery and installation.

Our delivery and installation services are available from Mondays to Saturdays, 10am – 12pm, 1pm – 3pm, 3pm – 5pm (excluding public holidays). Installation and delivery will be between 3 – 5 working days from purchase. We will contact you within 2 working days to make the arrangement. 

No order cancellations are allowed unless the product proves infeasible to install. To reschedule your installation date, please contact us at +65 9109 4977.

All our laundry system come warranty ranging from 1 year to 5 years depending on which Model. Kindly register your product warranty through the form here. We will arrange for a site inspection before the repair or replacement can be made.

We accept Bank Transfer, Paynow, Visa, Master Card and Atome payments online.

The 3 months Atome installation plan is available at our online store. This innovative payment option allows our customers to enjoy the products and services without the burden of paying the full amount upfront.
